I have over 25 years of experience leading and motivating a diverse team, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and professionalism. I have been in the Estate Management and Home Watch business for over 5 years and have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. I am also the Vice President and Co-Owner of Sigma Construction Group.
After becoming a Certified Home Watch Reporter, I started A Plus Home Watch at the request of home owners who needed professional attention to their vacation and second homes in Naples and Bonita Springs, Florida. I started Estate Management services as my clients requested those services. I have a passion for helping and coaching my team to be the best. My enthusiasm about educating estate and home owners on the importance of hiring a trained and insured Estate Manager or Home Watch Professional is what motivates me to make this company successful.
I moved to Naples, FL in 2016 with my beautiful wife and two beautiful children. Like many others that move to sunny Florida, we were tired of shoveling the Midwest snow! I love spending time with my family, friends, working out, and just being outdoors.
